An optional tactile impression personalization feature creates
an impression on the card and physically alters the substrate and overlay to help prevent
counterfeiting. Choose from a set of standard designs or create a custom one specific to

Datacard® DuraShield™ clear and holographic overlays that offer a mix of security,
durability and affordability. These overlays take security and durability to new levels by
providing full edge-to-edge coverage that’s virtually impossible to remove intact. Datacard
DuraGard® laminates (0.5 and 1.0 mil) meet the
highest industry durability standards and prolong the life of high-use cards that are costly to re-issue. Use
serialized
laminates with a unique identifier number pre-printed on the overlay that can be read by an
inline bar code reader to provide an audit trail and validate the secure overlay.

The browser-based Printer Manager allows users to check printer status and control printer settings, all in a single interface.
Simply enter the printer Internet IP address in your web browser, and the Printer Manager provides a single source of easy access to review and
update settings, run a cleaning cycle or check supplies status.
Easy Operation
The ergonomically designed reloadable supply cartridge—which
includes both the printer ribbon and cleaning roller—loads
easily into the top of the printer.
