EnviroCards Recycling Program
Doing your part for the environment

EnviroCards is the realized vision of a responsible manufacturer with the goal of keeping billions of plastic cards out of the country's landfills.

A new process was developed to take typical scrap rates related to plastic card production and reduce them to nothing. This process is used to manufacture envirocards which are made from a blend of both pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials.

The second tier of this plan is getting card program managers and consumers to do their part in recycling plastic cards to collectively reduce the waste going into our landfills. Learn more

Types of Cards

The majority of the products sold by Plastic Card Solutions are based on the use of a plastic card. Therefore, it is a high priority that we sell only high-quality plastics to protect our systems and guarantee customer satisfaction. Plastic Card Solutions will supply the correct card for your application.

  • Blank PVC Graphics Quality Cards
    We stock the standard CR80 cards (3-3/8" by 2-1/8") used by all plastic card printers to print photo IDs. You may choose from 30 mil or 24mil thickness as well as wide variety of colors in addition to the standard white.
  • Magnetic Stripe Cards
    Mag stripe cards come with either two or three tracks and with low or high coercivity levels.
  • Composite Cards
    Composite cards are manufactured with a polyester core. They are high durability cards that are used for applications that require constant swiping or scanning.
  • Proximity and Smart Cards
    Prox Cards (125 kHz) and smart cards (13.56 MHz) cards can be programmed for use in applications such as acces control.

    Pre-printed cards are litho-printed or silk screened with the custom artwork you provide.
  • Embossing Cards
    Embossing cards, used in plastic card embossers, produce a raised white display of the embossed information.
